My main area of responsibility is sales management. I also work as an office management trainer and data protection officer. Other areas of activity include online marketing and AI transcription. I have been with the company since April 2018.
Caro
My tasks include proofreading transcripts, translations and subtitles. I am also responsible for quality assurance and complaints management. I have been with the company since November 2018.
Winnie
I did a three-month internship at abtipper in March 2019 and have been working as a student assistant alongside my media informatics studies since October 2019. My main task now is to check the transcripts in the proofreading department.
Vanessa
I have been working for Abtipper since June 2017 and mainly focus on quality assurance and proofreading transcripts.
Maike
My core task is order scheduling and looking after "our typists". I also deal with customer complaints. I have been with the company since November 2017.
Dima
I am mainly involved in editing and quality assurance of the transcripts. I also take care of the sound enhancement of the audio files and the post-production of the YouTube videos. I have been with the company since July 2019.
Michelle
I have been training as an office management assistant since August 2020 and support my colleagues wherever I can.
Vivien
My main area of activity is proofreading finished transcripts.
I have been with the company since August 2020.
